RSS2.0: a standard?

I re-examined the distribution of RSS version usage for my weblog, following a query on why I see RSS 2.0 as the "natural" version to base any "real RSS standard" on

Seems like Jorgen's also put a W3C XML Schema together for RSS2.0. I'm obliged to cook up a RELAX NG schema...
