He is younger than me, so I have a good chance that I don't have to see that he will unvoluntarily has to concede his defeat.

I have full confidence in his capabilities and the capability of the JVM to evolve to get an acceptable performance, but I am not sure if the Ruby wave will stay long enough.

There are many definitions of "succeed". I haven't decided on mine yet.
